Shannon is a 1998 filly born at Dawn of Promise Farm. She was very precocious
and fun right from the start and won the heart of every farm visitor. She is
pictured here as a weanling showing 1998 at the Connemara Fun Fest (1st place
with her mom, Realta who is not pictured); smiling for the camera with Vickie;
and the following fall as a yearling with her new owner, Jan Baughman of
Marshwood Farm in Michigan. The Baughmans showed Shannon at the Region 3
Connemara Show in Virginia in 1999 and at the Connemara Fun Fest in Lafayette,
Ind., in the fall of 1999. (Click on
