Workshops on Showing, Training and Caring for Llamas
June 14, 2009 Dawn of Promise Farm hosted a workshop on June 14, 2009, on showing llamas in showmanship and obstacle courses. This beginner workshop was conducted by experienced showman and llama trainer, Emaly Leak, of Autumn Hill Llamas in Pleasant View, Indiana. The workshop, free for 4-Hers or adults interested in learning tips about showing and training llamas, attracted over 50 people. The llamas of Dawn of Promise Farm served as the trainees.
