Keenan was bred by Lois Pienkos of Iowa. I spoke with her in May 2005 and here are some of her comments about her Keenan . . .

"He's absolutely wonderful. He jumped his first complete course in a clinic this past weekend and was great. He's so willing and accepting of everything. I called because the clinician was recommending that I breed my mare again. She was very impressed with Keenan and couldn't see why I should try any other stallion besides Madison. Keenan is the epitome of what you would want in a breeding program. I had his grandmother. Raised his mother and now I'm enjoying riding him. I know I'm going to end up "fighting" with my daughter over him. She's a C-3 graduate of Pony Club and just loves him.
