Serendipity's Irish Spring
Camus John's Gladiator X Oak Hills Strawberry

Irish came to Dawn of Promise in 1996 with her half-sister, Serendipity's Jenny. She produced two gorgeous foals by Kerrymor Madison before being sold to John and Jan Baughman of Marshwood Farm in Michigan. They bred Irish back to Madison so she could have yet two more wonderful babies by him. Jan is now showing Marshwood Summer Keavey who is Irish's last foal by Madison. Irish is now retired from her career as a broodmare and enjoying her life at Marshwood.

Irish was out of Oak Hills Strawberry, a red roan mare, who was purchased by the Wausons from Oak Hills Farm in Illinois. Strawberry was a favorite of the Wauson kids and neighbors and Irish has carried on many of her lovely qaulities. The foals out of Irish and by Madison have all been tremendous athletes and competitors. Dawn's Drumlin Abbey is doing dressage and jumping with Carol Siebecker at Prairie Connemara Farm and has produced the wonderful baby, Prairie Enya , who is by Blue Ridge Jefferson.

Dawn's Irish Heather is out in Vancouver, British Columbia, being a riding horse and broodmare at M&M Connemaras. Her first son is Paddy O'Michael who is also by Jefferson. Here is his picture . . .
