Dawn's Amber Glow is a 2000 filly by Kerrymor Madison and out of Serendipity's Jenny. She is solid bay and a very kind, quiet filly. She is growing in her role as a riding partner and has potential for dressage or combined training. She spent Spring Semester 2006 at Findlay University western program for training where she received some wonderful, steady mileage. I'm now continuing her work at home, but she's back in her combined training attire and is starting to go over jumps. This filly is gorgeous and quite the charmer!

| June 2000 - Dawn's Amber Glow was born and from the very start, promised to be gorgeous, athletic and full of the best of Connemara qualities. | |
| October 2002 - Amber placed first in the in-hand class for weanlings, yearlings and two-year-olds at the Reg. 5 Show. She also was wonderful in the in-hand trail class. | |
| May 2003 - Amber traveled to Top of the Ridge Farm in VA where she was started under saddle. In July she competed in the Region 3 show and placed well in the in-hand trail class. She was also presented for inspection and was approved as breeding stock. | |
| May 2004 - Amber spent a couple months with Sherry Beuttner in Columbia City, IN where she went through Sherry's ground training program and further under saddle work. | |
| October 2004 - Amber represented Dawn of Promise Farm at the Region 5 show at the Hoosier Horse Park where she placed third in a large mare class and did a great job in the in-hand trail class. | |
| Summer 2005 - Vickie showed Amber in hand at several local, open shows where she has earned enough points to receive her Certificate of Achievement from the American Connemara Pony Society. At a show in August, Amber placed 3rd in the Western halter for registered horses; 1st in the English halter for registered horses and the pair were 1st in showmanship. | Fall 2005 - Amber placed very well at the Region 5 Connemara Show. First in the Progeny Group Class with her sister. Fourth in-hand in the mare class and fourth in the ridden obedience class. She had a lot of fun at the show! | |
| Spring 2006 - Amber is back from training with the University of Findlay equestrian program. Vic is now enjoying Amber for pleasure riding and she has also started working with her over fences. |
